Preparation Time
As each order is carefully packaged by hand, preparation time may vary depending on the current order volume. Please allow 5-8 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out.

Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, shipping carriers, or customs clearance procedures.

Customs & Duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at factoryorchid@outlook.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will do our best to assist you and find a suitable solution.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, any resulting costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

In these cases, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees from the refund, or to resend the order only after the additional shipping costs have been paid.
