Return Policy

Because each piece of jewelry is handmade and one of a kind, all sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed. The artist begins work and calculates earnings based on confirmed orders. This policy also protects the shop from items being purchased for a specific occasion and then returned after use. Please keep this in mind before ordering.

This does not occur for faulty or damaged received items- read below.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (24hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

No exchanges possible.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
